In 2011, O.C.L. was established as a plant, mainly using the popular name Neoplene (SBR.CR) as a submersible, Chinese-named chlorbutyl rubber, which is made up of synthetic gel bubbles, delicate, soft, flexible, with the characteristics of shock-proofing, temperature-preserving, water-resilient, submarine equipment, sunscreening, surfing clothes, yoga suits, swimsuits, swimsuits, five-office health products, fitness health products, computer bags, lunch packs, camera packs, thermobottlers and various sporting devices, as well as advertising for gift packages and electronic products. In order to develop better, the company won a great deal of credit from its clients, mainly in good faith, strength, and in a few years, both at home and abroad.
In 2015, the company independently developed and produced a series of LS-715 products, officially produced dive suits, dive vests, sunscreens, surfsuits, yoga suits, swimsuits, swimsuits, etc. to lead the market.
