Hebei Rainbow Yang Tyres Ltd. was established in October 2008 as a company specializing in the production of bicycle tyres. Our company, based in Hebei Province, produces tyres of all types for children, mountains and foldable bicycles, as well as tyres for automatic balancing vehicles, wheelchairs and heavy vehicles, of various colours. My factory consists of a team of five senior designers and 30 engineers, producing OEM and brand products, with a daily capacity of 100,000 tyres and 50,000 inner tyres. The company owns and operates advanced rubber processing equipment and a sophisticated production line, including dozens of sulphide machines, manufacturing and cutting machines, internal blenders and tyre gasket sulfide machines. From raw material selection to production and delivery, all rainbow-yang tyres are produced under strict quality control and in accordance with SGS standards. Quality certifications we have obtained include BSCI FACTORY CERTIFICATIION, SGS and RoHS, and our products continue to comply with country/area-specific quality requirements.
